Delete Your Account
You have the right to request deletion of your AgriEdgeAI account and all personal data
associated with it. We will process your request within 30 days.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all your farm
records, sensor history, AI recommendations, and account credentials will be permanently removed
and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (username, hashed password)
- Farm profile — name, location, crop type, soil data
- All sensor readings and IoT data history
- AI recommendation history and decision audit logs
- Harvest records and yield logs
- Photos uploaded for AI analysis
- WhatsApp notification preferences
- Drone mission waypoints and GPS logs
How to request deletion
Send an email to our privacy team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include your registered username or email address so we can identify your account.

- Include your registered username or the email address used to sign up
- We will confirm receipt within 3 working days
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete

Alternative: Delete via the app
You can also delete your account directly from the AgriEdgeAI mobile app:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm with your password — deletion begins immediately
